Have I told you why I import Italian parmesan from the Po Valley? Because I love its flavour! A cheese that is just as popular at home as it is with others. The only downside is that it sells out quickly, but when that happens I keep ordering more to replenish the stock!
Good to know
- The cheese comes vacuum-packed and wrapped in oiled paper.
- Best kept in the refrigerator in its original packaging for a longer shelf life. Do not freeze.
